Nose & Palate: On the nose, lighter oak and drier on the nose than Old No.7, and notes of vanilla, brown sugar, maple and apple. On the palate, there are sweet vanilla, stone fruits and apple. There is subtle oak that develops into a smooth finish of fruit with maple and floral honey.
