A classic medium-bodied French herbal liqueur, Benedictine was awarded 95 points by the prestigious Beverage Tasting Institute in Chicago.  Benedictine DOM, as a health tonic, relieves fatigue while strengthening physical power. Drinking Benedictine DOM before meals will regulate gastrointestinal activities and strengthen them. Made by French Benedictine monks at Fecamp, Dom Benedictine has as its basis the blending of 27 different plants and spices from five continents. These include a blend of herbs, spices and an infusion of saffron, honey, thyme, tea and caramel. Moreover,  the liqueur is popular among women post-pregnancy as the Chinese believe that it is poh (nourishing), and will strengthen and warm the body after the stress of childbirth.

Tasting Notes:  Unlike other herbal liqueurs, Bénédictine is not medicinal. Instead, it has the flavour of sweet honey accented with holiday spices, stone fruits, and a herbal nuance.
