Nose: Surprisingly fruity, with pineapple and lemon up front. A slow build of spicy juniper.
Palate: Peppery and oily, a soft hint of mint leaf developing. There’s still some of the tropical fruit from the nose underneath the herbaceous elements.
Finish: Dill, redcurrant, juniper and cut grass.
